![]() ![]() ![]() Seems like something may be incompatible with that latest update. I went through with it, now it keeps quitting unexpectedly on launch. I checked the internet for solution and it turns out, that there is no information on BlueStacks for m1 macs. Im on 10.12.1 and launched the app, prompted me to install. To this day Bluestacks still crashes on macOS Monterey, and after searching for ages on the internet I still havent found a solution as the terminal thing does not work anymore. Also in 2/3 yeas Apple is planning to sell only Apple Silicon, so almost nobody will be on intel. I traced it down to a suggested solution about switching off Vulcan, but it did not work for me. BlueStacks 4 is available on macOS, but only for Intel models, which wont be produced anymore soon. I ran this on a new Mac mini I recently acquired, and got this really helpful message. If no one has any suggestions, I will have to just reinstall everything. My machine is a Mac with 32GB of RAM and i7 CPU, so I can't imaging this an issue with system performance. It just crashes whenever I try to take a picture. I tried also to take a screenshot without running my app, with a fresh emulator, and the same problem occurs. The most commonly reported macOS Monterey problems include battery drain, trackpad and mouse issues, missing features and stuck apps that prevent shutdown. I tried deleting, and wiping, and creating a new Emulator. I can't recall if I have ever tinkered with the settings of Android Emulator, but I've been testing my app on an Android Emulator using Android Studio, and every time I take a screenshot, it crashes. Ive had no problems with bluestacks 4 on my mac running latest monterey 12.6.3 however, it started doing the whole crashing thing today. ![]()
